Which email service provider (ESP) do you use?
I primarily use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) – one of the most creator-friendly platforms out there. But if you’re on a different platform, I can still help.
I have no email list. Can you help?
Yes! I can help you get set up and start sending a regular newsletter as well as set up essential flows.
I already have a list but want someone to manage emails for me. Can you do this?
Yes, I can take over your regular newsletter and set up automations to nurture and sell on autopilot.
Do you know how to use tags, fields, segmentation, etc?
I do. Tagging and segmenting can get messy fast if you’re not careful, but my process keeps everything clear, simple and scalable.
Can you help me create a lead magnet?
Yes, lead magnets are a smart move to get more subscribers and boost conversion rates. I specialise in 5-7 day email courses, but I’m happy to suggest and create other formats too.
Will you provide ideas for improving my email setup?
Of course! Part of my role involves making suggestions based on what I think will work best for your business, from creative newsletter ideas to flows that I think you should try. But I’ll never push anything you’re not comfortable with.
Which flows can you help me with?
That’s a long list… but some of the most popular are welcome flows, lead magnet flows, squeeze campaigns, post-purchase sequences and educational courses.
How much input do I need to give you?
Not much. I’ll ask a few key questions to understand your audience and goals, then handle the rest – from strategy to setup and writing.
How often do you recommend sending emails?
It depends on your business and capacity. Most of my clients send 1-3 times a week, but I can also help with daily emails.
Can I approve emails before they are being sent?
I always recommend you check everything carefully before sending emails. And if you want to make any changes, I’ll make them for you.
What’s an evergreen newsletter?
This is what I usually recommend to my clients (but not always). It is an ongoing autoresponder sequence that you keep adding to, and subscribers always start from the beginning so your best content keeps working for you.
Can you audit my current setup before we work together?
Yes – I offer a free funnel review, where I look at your landing page, opt-in form, welcome flow and anything else you’ve got running. I’ll let you know what’s working and what could be improved.
Do you offer one-off projects or ongoing support?
Both. I work on one-off projects (like setting up a lead magnet or squeeze sequence) and provide monthly support for clients who want their email handled for them.
Do you also help with email design?
I mostly use clean, text-based designs (which tend to perform better), but I can add light branding if needed.
